Wellness is essential for our health, yet often overlooked. Sometimes the demands of our daily rhythms hinders our ability to take care of ourselves.
Here at Blueprint, we care so deeply about wellness that we included it in our counseling practice name. We value the importance of assessing our clients holistically and looking at the “full picture.” Wellness and health psychology practices are often integrated into our therapeutic work.
These wellness practices may include:
sleep hygiene
assessment of nutrition
mindfulness
grounding exercises
deep breathing / breathwork
encouragement of self-care
healthy habits
exercise and movement
journaling
